Msasa Court Hotel is a hotel in the City Centre of Lilongwe, Malawi. We are responsible for the personal details you share through this website, and this policy explains what we do with them.
2. What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, room type, purpose of stay, organisation (if you give one) and your message. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
3. Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, confirm a booking and, if you stay with us, look after your stay. We process your details because you ask us to and because you agree to be contacted when you send the form. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.
4. Follow-up messages
If we have sent you a reply and have not heard back, we may follow up by email or WhatsApp. We keep this to a small number of friendly messages about your inquiry. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Your inquiry is seen by our reservations team. We use trusted service providers to run the website and handle inquiries: website hosting, email, a spreadsheet to record inquiries, an automation service to connect them, and a messaging service that alerts our team. Some of these providers store data outside Malawi. We choose providers carefully and share only what is needed. We do not sell your details.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries that do not become bookings for up to 12 months, then delete them. We keep booking and invoice records for as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. You can also withdraw your agreement to be contacted. Write to us using the contact details below and we will reply promptly. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA), which oversees data protection in Malawi.

Your details are kept in accounts that need a login, and only the people who need them can open them. No system is completely secure, so we also limit what we collect and delete it when we no longer need it. If a problem affects your details, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires it.
